If you are driving, you can park in the LADWP lot for free. The lot is on Hope just north of the building. Enter where you see a sign that reads:
DEPARTMENT OF WATER & POWER
Customer Parking
ENTRANCE
GATE 6
Tell the parking attendant that you are here for the Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance meeting. Once you have parked, follow the signs to the lobby.

Check in at the desk in the lobby. You can say you are here for the Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance meeting in the A-level cafeteria conference room 3. Follow the signs conference room 3 (one level below, through the cafeteria, to conference room 3).
